Alexander Technique for Mindfulness and Health 

The Alexander Technique can help you build toward a better tomorrow by teaching the underlying patterns of physical and mental tension that negatively impact your posture and natural coordination.  

In your lessons, you will learn to identify these patterns at their source and consciously stop them, while I guide you into a more efficient and easy way to move.

Once you have the experience of moving with this new-found ease, you can actively engage with the principles of the Technique to sustainably improve your posture and coordination, alleviate aches and pains, and heighten your awareness.  

You will receive continual feedback through touch and verbal coaching on your specific holding patterns, with encouragement and guidance on how to undo them.

Once these principles have been applied, and the necessary experience gained, you can depend on the Technique in any movement or activity to improve posture and coordination, free yourself from chronic pain (in particular back pain and neck pain), and reduce stress and anxiety in work.
